Example…. To display availability of all United flights from SFO to HNL for today

To go to the next page to view more flights, enter A*. This takes you to the next page of availability
Once you see the flight you want to add to the PNR, you need to select it.
Example…. If you want to select the flight from line 1
Example…. If you need to book seats for 2 passengers in economy from line 1, your entry would be N2Y1 enter
This indicates you N need 2 seats from Y economy class from line 1 of the availability list
After adding this to the PNR, you will need to let SHARES know who requested the change.
In most cases, it is the passenger requesting the change so you would then enter
6P 6 is the indicator and P is for the Passenger enter
Next, “ER” enter " ER” enter. The new segment should appear in the PNR
If you enter *R, you will see the new segment in the PNR
The E-ticket will need to be Synced
If rebooking a Group PNR, you will follow the same steps. The only difference is you will need to let SHARES know it is a Group PNR
Example…You need 12 seats for a group from line 1 of availability
To Rebook a Group, enter N12Y1GNN and then enter
This indicates that you N need 12 seats from Y class from line 1 and it’s a group G that N needs N needs this added to the reservation.
After adding this to the PNR, you will need to let SHARES know who requested the change.
