To complete the E-Ticket Sync, you will do a 1 segment E-Ticket Sync
If the return (carry over-carry back) segment is segment 3, and they are returning from SFO back to IAD (example) today 14FEB, you will use the used E-Ticket that brought the passenger to your city. In this example they flew IADSFO, arrived today 14FEB on flight 123. You will use this used E-ticket in your E-Ticket Sync. Again, do not remove the USED status.
